Some of World’s best cheese is made right here in the Elkhart Lake area! Not only can you watch cheese being made Monday through Friday in the mornings, but you can also enjoy cheese samples, wine, ice cream, souvenirs and more. Stroll through the cheese museum to see vintage cheese making equipment, Cheddar and String cheese making videos, and large viewing windows of the factory. Henning’s is worth the drive, only 15 mins northeast of Elkhart Lake!
